Yes. This is public data published by a federal agency. It contains no patient information, is not protected by HIPAA, and is available for any commercial use. The Sunshine Act specifically mandates that industry payments be publicly disclosed.

NPI provider data refreshes weekly from CMS. Open Payments and Medicare datasets update annually (Open Payments in January, Medicare data in April). We process new data as soon as CMS publishes it. Our alerts system notifies you when new providers register or existing providers change addresses in your territory.

Right now you can export search results as CSV and import into any CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or anything else that accepts CSV. Direct CRM integrations are on our roadmap for the Team plan.
